If you're asking about Server, ie., https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-server
then ... try Rob Stryker, [~jkopriva] or [~jeffmaury].
If you're hitting a problem due to remote server connection (Eclipse RSE project) then
the current team lead there is Greg Watson, but I'm the only active committer... I
keep the builds from turning red, but that's about it. Greg's been an absentee
landlord for a while now. https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/tools.tm/who
Beyond that not sure who to suggest. Maybe the mattermost channels at Eclipse?

User is unable to contact any remote sites that go through their proxy when using REST
importer. The connection attempt just times out.
Utilizing eclipse workaround in [1] allows them to update JBDS and plugins successfully.
