Worked on this a bit and it shouldn't be too bad to just remove the UML2, Relationship
and XML Service metamodels
Checks in "ModelUtil.isModelFile()" method to check the xmi header for primary
metamodel URI and then return FALSE.
This prevents ModelResource's being created for these model types.
Does NOT solve the problem of the XMI file extension being defined for the ModelEditor
contribution. Still have to handle this case.
Remove UML2 metamodel and all accompanying UI and non-UI
contributions.

Support for UML metamodels is not planned on being supported for Data Services modeling.
Other than a go-between for Rose-type models and "relational" models, there
isn't any Teiid-related need for it.
So we'd like to just remove it in 8.0
