From a Teiid standpoint
- there is no fully qualify NIS option
(it rarely makes sense to not fully qualify the name in source)
- useCatalog => if true the catalog can be used in both the runtime name and the name
in source
> "Include Catalog" checkbox that relates to the Fully
Qual. NIS only
- useFullSchemaName => make the Teiid runtime name the unquoted
qualified name
