This needs some research and there is not enough time in 7.1. I tried letting the models
with validation errors to be deployed and merged into the project Preview VDB but were
getting some errors on the server-side. Not sure if this is really a server issue or
Designer issue. Current implementation allows preview when all models are error free.

While in the middle of creating a virtual model, I attempted to preview data from an
imported source model. Because the virtual model was incomplete, and thus failed
validation, the preview was not possible.
This is a valid use case. Preview of a model's tables should always work assuming
invalid models are not required for the preview itself.
