Is this "jboss-as" server ping mechanism documented somewhere? directly making
socket connection and not knowing the connection handshake exchange mechanism not
recommended IMO.
The intention is check if eap server is alive? Teiid exists?

defining a server -and using an incorrect management password- results in a console log
