Input sets are defined and referenced to mapping classes and provide ability to define
input columns (mapping class columns) for child mapping class transformations.
Show this relationship in a tree would also required Mapping classes to be shown in tree.
The Mapping Document Tree and Diagram are designed to show this relationship in the best
way we know how.
Webservice modeling should have the inputset represented in the
diagram tree
