Barry LaFond resolved TEIIDDES-1269.
------------------------------------
Resolution: Done
injected a check in the init() methods of the wizards to query the user for a New Project
if none open
Teiid Designer Import and New wizards need a way to create a Teiid
Model Project if no open/valid projects exist in workspace
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: TEIIDDES-1269
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/TEIIDDES-1269
Project: Teiid Designer
Issue Type: Task
Components: Import/Export
Affects Versions: 7.7
Reporter: Barry LaFond
Assignee: Barry LaFond
Priority: Critical
Fix For: 7.7
If a workspace has no open Teiid projects in it the user can still launch NEW and IMPORT
wizards.
In all cases, there is no way to continue with wizard by creating a project and the user
has to Cancel.
WOuld be nice to inject a "Open Model Project" check, launch the "New
Teiid Model Project" wizard and continue so user doesn't have to cancel.
