[~mkralik] The syncing process looks for referenced UDF jars, so if the 3rd jar isn't
used in a model, then it will be removed. This is expected behavior.
We could change that logic and then user would be responsible for removing old UDF jars if
they are no long used in any models in the VDB.
Thoughts?
Usability: Multiple UDF jars, one gets removed when VDB is
synch'd

When there are multiple UDF's jar's are added, and the VDB needs resynching, it
will remove the second jar. Which has to be readded.
