VdbModelEntry.findModel() is not finding a model, so the type is default to TYPE in
VdbModelEntry() constructor.
Need to NOT assume a model is in a project located under the workspace "file
system" root

Files can now physically reside outside the Eclipse workspace file system location. Also,
patch fixes a problem (infinite loop) when a model (Model A) depends on another model
(Model B) which depends on the first model (Model A). The problem occurred when adding or
removing Model A from the VDB.

Resolution: Done
Models physically located outside the workspace location now show up with the right model
type in vdb.xml file. Also, fixed a problem (infinite loop) when adding a model to a VDB
that depends on a model that depends on that model being added (circular dependency).
