Adding a physical table to a transformation by right-clicking on the physical table in the
Model Explorer and selecting Modeling->Add to From Clause works when there is no
physical model in the transformation. If one is already there, you can click, but nothing
happens. Once you remove the existing table, it works again.

I was able to reproduce this bug. But instead of fixing it, I am going to remove this
action from the context menu because another action, Add Transformation Source(s)
accomplishes the same thing and adds the ability to alias the source.

Resolution: Done
AddToSqlFromAction was removed from context menu. All references to this action has been
removed. Users will have to use the existing "Add Transformation Source(s)"
action to add sources to the FROM clause.
