Ramesh Reddy commented on TEIIDDES-3209:
----------------------------------------
[~dsteigne] Typically in Teiid if there is a period in table name or reserved word
(usually when using a fully qualified name) then it gets quoted. In OData a period not
allowed in the entity names. The workaround is not to use fully qualified names in
translators during the import. If there are duplicates and such they need to be manually
edited out.
Teiid Connection importer quotes column names that are SQL reserved
words but odata/odata4 datasources don't like

Project: Teiid Designer
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Import/Export
Affects Versions: 11.1.3
Reporter: Debbie Steigner
Assignee: Barry LaFond
Teiid Connection importer quotes reserved word columns but for odata and odata4
translators the odata ws datasources don't like the quotes. Can the importer have
different behavior for just those 2 translators?
