Another issue was that the JdbcImport connection properties were allowed to be edited and therefore get out of sync with the connection profile set on the model. We've changed the behavior so the user cannot change the base JdbcImport properties on the properties panel. It can be changed by setting the connection profile on the model or re-importing via the JdbcImporter. Also when the user re-sets the ConnectionProfile on the model, they are warned if the driver class type is changing.
