After restarting server, Designer doesn't successfully re-set itself and Previewing data in workspace runs into server exceptions, etc... Need to add logic to Designer to "clean-up" cached info (VDB's, Preview VDB's, Data sources, etc...) and re-set the cached Server object and it's contents.
