However, the URL is for an HTML page, the file name doesn't show, but I'm not able to do a Next>>. I did convert the HTML to a WSDL (minus the HEADER element) and the file name shows but Next >> ends up with to errors that didn't like the *fault* element. Note that you can test with the following URLs and create models...
