After working import issue TEIIDDES-215, it's become apparent that our XSLT's for
various DB's need to be revisited.
For instance, there is no logic in PostgreSQL version to check for integer types that have
AUTOINCREMENT == TRUE. These should be exported as SERIAL datatypes. Same for BIGSERIAL.
There is other missing logic.
We need to:
1) Create a doc or series of docs describing what datatype conversions should be done on
IMPORT JDBC and EXPORT DDL
2) Create sub-tasks for implementing these docs for all DB's
3) Possibly create extension point(s) to handle "new" DB types more effeciently

model included in Designer. When NO native type is defined for a column, the corresponding
runtime type will be used for DDL export.

data types? Can we just use runtime types?

Good question. I don't think Designer cares.
Probably the only big issue is migration. If we remove them now, we've got to help
users migrate models that have Design-time data types in them. Not trivial.

I would think the VDBs will still work, as they already have the Runtime types in the
index files, this will only show the runtime types on the screen and in XMI files. Not
sure about any issues though. SteveH would be right person to ask.
