Barry LaFond resolved TEIIDDES-1340.
------------------------------------
Resolution: Done
Tested a bunch more using "http://footballpool.dataaccess.eu/data/info.wso?WSDL"
a soccer WSDL.
Looks like any element with basic schema types (int, decimal, time, date, etc...) work
just fine.
Working with the UDDI wsdl we still do not interpret complex/user-defined types, of
course. In this case "uddiUri" is a type that eventually is an
"anyType" not sure how to deal with this programmatically.
So marking as done and will rely on individual use-cases to crop up to provide more
direction in the future.
Derive Datatypes in the WSDL to Source Importer
-----------------------------------------------
Key: TEIIDDES-1340
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/TEIIDDES-1340
Project: Teiid Designer
Issue Type: Enhancement
Components: Import/Export
Affects Versions: 7.7
Reporter: Ted Jones
Assignee: Barry LaFond
Fix For: 7.7.1
Currently, we default to String as the datatype for columns in the WSDL to Source
importer. We should determine from the schema element what the datatype is and set it
accordingly.
