Teiid provides the tempates for the given translator/connector. * Users can import a flat file without a server. * Though the flat file connection profile is a non-Teiid Eclipse Datatools contribution, it would mean hard-coding both the Data Tools AND Teiid constants for the encoding property key in order to apply it to source model connection properties.
