Barry LaFond resolved TEIIDDES-238.
-----------------------------------
Resolution: Rejected
This is an Eclipse plugin and the behavior seen is expected. If there subfolders selected
under the main folder and Hudson.rtf was in it, then the folders between the main folder
and Hudson.rtf would be created. Marking as Rejected.
Importing folder from file system does not show folder in Model
Explorer but does show folder content

Key: TEIIDDES-238
URL:
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/TEIIDDES-238
Project: Teiid Designer
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Import/Export
Environment: Designer running on Windows XP
Reporter: Warren Gibson
Assignee: Barry LaFond
Fix For: Future
Attachments: ScreenShot005.bmp, ScreenShot006.bmp
Steps followed to reproduce:
Imported a folder from the file system called "Testfolder" which contained a
Hudson.rtf file.
During import I selected Option "Create selected folders only" See
screenshot005 attached.
After the import was completed the Model Explorer showed the Hudson.rtf file but not the
folder. See screenshot006 attached.
Since I selected "Create selected folders only" I expected to see the folder.
Shouldn't the folder be present with Hudson.rtf inside it?
