I don't really like the "Service" part of the names given. Is this really a service? To me that implies a piece of code that you give some inputs to, it does some work, and returns a value (over and over).Web Beans goes beyond that. It is more like a manager, system, or controller. Perhaps "Contextual Lifecycle Controller". But that does not really role off the tongue like web beans.
