yes, we will need new API release (there is already a PR[1]) as well as core release.

I can do the API release today. The core I wanted to do by the end of this week as I wanted to squeeze in some other changes.

How does GF depend on SE artifact? I'd expect it to consume the EE related bits.

If they are in a hurry, I assume they could use the non-shaded version of artifacts.

Is that fine with you?
