Wow, I gave such a horrible example. Still exhibits the problem, but this is due a lookup
for Farmer<ScottishFish> which is resolved via both Farmer<T> and
ScottishFishFarmer. Apologies.
There are a few places though where the problem is manifest:
Producer field and producer method tests that use generics contain
ambiguous definitions
