I am not sure what exactly you mean.
I tried running mvn dependency:tree on $weld_dir/bom and I do not see any deps from JBoss parent POM.
Is it the testng, htmlunit and other test-related stuff that you think shouldn't be there? Or did you mean some other BOM file?
