can you please explain more, why this approach which you describe and provide test application doesn't work? From the discussion I didn't understand the conclusion and I probably struggle with something similar.

Do I understand it correctly, that you can't inject from one module (jar, war) to another module Class (or service) which uses Entity Manager and persistence file?

I'm not much familiar with WildFly and Java EE concepts.
