The source files have correct relative paths. But the HTML files in the distribution zip have hardcoded absolute paths, which is obviously wrong, so there probably is a bad option somewhere, which causes generation of absolute instead of relative paths.
I tried compiling the docs myself and the generated HTMLs worked (just on my computer), but still had absolute paths.
I guess it might be something with the XSLs used for transformation.
