Anyway, back to your problem - I could use some more information on your environment and how exactly do you build Weld?
I can see you are building Weld 2.3.2.Final. So how exactly do you build it (exact mvn command). And have you changed/added anything specific?

Furthermore I checked Weld 2.3.2 with mvn dependency:tree and I can see no dep on jboss-logging-tools 2.0.1.Final.
Only org.jboss.logging:jboss-logging:jar:3.2.1.Final. I might be missing something though.
