can you provide some more specific information? Just pasting an exception isn't really helpful.
What kind of application/action is causing this. What technologies are you using - I can see Weld and Undertow from the stack but that's about it.
Also, the exception suggests that it is coming from Undertow, is there a reason why you report it against Weld?
