This resulted to https://issues.jboss.org/browse/WELD-2357. Otherwise we decided not to add some test (with embedded Tomcat) for this, because the test would need Jandex at classpath (this would likely need dedicated Maven profile) and also set Tomcat unpackWARs attribute to false. We think it's a rare corner case.
