I see that you are resolving a problem which might be similar to what productization team could have encountered.
You are turning Wildfly (with Weld inside it) into an RPM package (from what I understood). Similar story has to exist around EAP which also integrated Weld.

Therefore I suggest you seek help from someone in productization team. This is not really a Weld issue I am afraid.
