Description:

Check org.jboss.cdi.tck.tests.implementation.builtin.metadata.broken.typeparam package and replace .withTestClass(X.class) with .withTestClassDefinition(X.class) in all as-client tests.

All the test pass at the moment though NoClassDefFoundError is thrown in the background.
