Additionaly, handlers could specify their priority using javax.annotation.Priority. Handlers with higher priority would have precedence. The default priority is 0. Handlers added through DiscoveryStrategy.registerHandler() would have the default priority handlers.size() - index, i.e. derived from the order they were inserted.
