The SE tests from enviroments/se/core/src/test are missing jacoco profile, but the question is how to pass jacoco.agent property to archive executed/tested with org.jboss.weld.environment.se.test.arquillian.WeldSEDeployableContainer.

First step would likely be to enhance this container to support conifguration of additional Java options/arguments - something similar like in Arquillian-container-se)
