Apparently there's a problem when trying to look up the message from util_en.properties. This is the exception:

DefinitionException: Exception message for key TOO_MANY_POST_CONSTRUCT_METHODS not found due to String index out of range: -1

The same problem apparently occurs with all the messages in util_en.properties.
