Yes, this has been always a classloader issue. And yes, the chapter should be updated - we already changed this in 2.3 which will become the latest stable version shortly. I wonder whether you would get the same issue with the latest Jetty 9.2.x dist (i.e. 9.2.12.v20150709) or 9.3 dist.
