finally we decided to remove the default delay completely (from now on delay is mandatory) tests do not set relative delays but rather estimations for "standard" environment there is a new config property "timeout factor" - its percentage value is used to adjust the final timeout all remaining occurrences of "Thread.sleep()" replaced
