I'm sorry but I don't understand. Weld itself is not a subproject of WildFly. It's an independent upstream project, it's build separately, distributed as Java archives and integrated into WildFly (among others). I know nothing about Fedora packaging guidelines but I'm afraid not all distribution models fit the RPM package manager concept nicely.
