Description:	The problem occurs during validation of the created IP. `BeanManagerImpl.validateInjectionPoint()` invokes `Validator.validateInjectionPointForDefinitionErrors()` with null bean param and thus validation results in INJECTION_INTO_NON_BEAN. See also TCK test: `org.jboss.cdi.tck.tests.extensions.afterBeanDiscovery.AfterBeanDiscoveryTest`
