There are some places where it does not matter (e.g. BeanAttributesConfiguratorImpl#removeDefaultQualifierIfNeeded) but others (.e.g. org.jboss.weld.util.Observers#isContainerLifecycleObserverMethod()) may result in NoClassDefFoundError.

I think we should be consistent and only use Weld literals for now.
