Resolving as Rejected.
With my TCK lead hat on, I see this test as a correct one and supported by spec.
So did former TCK lead and so does CDI spec lead.

If you need to dispute this further, please raise a CDI spec issue instead and reformulate respective parts "more clearly" there which could then lead to this test being changed.
