This is expected. Weld 3.0.5 carries along some changes which integrate with WildFly 14. Amongst other things, dual EE specification support was dropped in WildFly 14 and Weld 3.0.5 'counts' on that.
Hence no simple upgrade is possible.

We have mentioned this in our release notes.

By the way, WildFly 14 is just around the corner, so you can grab that one, once it is out.
