We should review maven plugin usage and declaration in weld-parent.
Some of them seem to be no longer used (maven-eclipse-plugin) and others have old version (maven-enforcer) or useless config (enforcer rules are incorrect and give a warning msg)

Note that these changes will affect Weld 2.x and 3.x which use latest version of parent.
Weld 1.x uses different version.
