WildFly 34 will use Yasson 3.0.4.

We delayed moving off of 3.0.2 for quite a long time because of concerns alluded to in James Perkins' comment at https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/pull/18142#issuecomment-2368736140.

I'm not going to try and explain those concerns (I'd get it wrong I'm sure), but I'm confident it was about a narrow use case. So I encourage you to do a bit of link following to understand better, and test well, but it's likely 3.0.4 should work fine.
