This change for the IronJacamar controlled resources is in the same
category as turning off developer mode for the web container.

Just FYI don't actually have development mode in Undertow any more. Instead we have basically tried to go for defaults that make sense for both production and development. For example:

- JSP hot reload by default using the JDK watch service, so there is no runtime performance penalty

- Cache invalidation using the watch service

- Error reporting by default for non-proxied requests from localhost
