I'm going to be pushing up an 'EE10' branch today. This is a short term topic branch that we'll use for producing 27.0.0.Alpha5, the goal for which will be EE 10 compliance. This branch is analogous to similar topic branches we've had in the past related to work on compliance with new batches of specs (e.g. MP4).

Note that I expect very little activity on this branch; just a port of a couple commits from the commit a week or so ago that we've identified as the branch point.  We're creating the branch so we are free to merge at will to main without having a moving target for TCK testing leading up to Alpha5.

Now, the removals. Without objection I'd like to delete the following branches:

- big-bang (a topic branch that was merged into main some weeks ago)

- sample-pr (old work that Kabir says we can delete)

- master-ignore (branch to which we used to force push to get custom CI runs. We don't do that any more)

- ee-ignore (same as master-ignore)

+1 to remove all these.
