Thanks, Darran, for driving this release!

I'll thank people more explicitly when we do the 26.1 Final release in couple weeks, but I just want to say I really appreciate the effort so many of you put into this release. For so many of us our focus is on WildFly 27, but it's great that we were able to serve our community by resolving so many issues and bringing a good set of new features. This will be our last feature release that supports SE 8 and EE 8, only micros hereafter, so I'm grateful that we were able to deliver so much.

As I say in the release announcement: Thank you very much to everyone who has contributed to make this release possible, especially with all the work happening in main to add Jakarta EE 10 support.

Please try out this release and let us know if you run into any issues, we have a small window where we may be able to incorporate fixes before we tag the .Final release.
