Following on from the work from Paul to add support for stability level based parsing to the subsystems I have been working to make use of Paul's APIs and patterns and add the same for our core management model XML parsing:

I am going to start work now on an issue to add some new attributes to the management interfaces at the community stability level. So far I can't add tests for schemas at different stability levels until we have a new schema so will look to add some tests with the follow on work.
