Based on user feedback on the mailing list and the recent WildFly survey, I haved filed an RFE to expand the scope of configurable parameters for the OpenTelemetry subsystem: WFLY-20296 - Add support for more OpenTelemetry Config options

These changes will target the Community stability level for now, so I am in need of a couple of volunteers to help out with the effort. If you're interested and have time, please let me know, and I'll get the analysis document updated and we can get to work.
