[windup-dev] Permanent links to latest release in Nexus...

Hi, We use Nexus as distribution channel. I've asked JBoss.org about $SUBJ, since having this handled by Nexus would be cool (always valid and up-to-date link in docs, mails, READMEs etc.) Currently there's no such option, as far as David Hladky knows, so he asked me to create https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ORG-2382 .
