[windup-dev] Windup rule Tests with wrong xsd

Hi Windup devs, while creating more windup rule tests in xml files I get more and more annoyed by wrong XSD in ruletest elements. Something we have like <ruletest xmlns="http://windup.jboss.org/schema/jboss-ruleset"> There is no ruletest element definition in that XSD. I think we need to create new XSD just for ruletest or to add that element into our schema at https://raw.githubusercontent.com/windup/windup/master/config-xml/schema/...
