I tried using the 'mv' command, but it didn't seem to convert the source correctly, so I used Pandoc to convert the pages locally and pasted the results into the Wiki pages. All the pages have now been converted except 'Dev:-Decompile' because Ondra was editing that one. I still need to go through them and clean up any additional conversion issues and fix broken links. Let me know if you see any problems.
