I have made some enhancements to Ondra's quickstart located here: https://github.com/windup/windup-quickstarts/tree/master/weblogic-javaee-... This quickstart looks for WebLogic proprietary servlet annotations. I added a couple more rules. I also created a kbase article on the Red Hat Customer portal [1] and added that link to the hints.

The instructions are located in the README file. If you have time, I would love to get some feedback on how to improve it. Do you think it would be a good idea to create an XML-based rule that does the same thing as a comparison?
